Accounting Assistant

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in Floresville, Texas. This role is in the Manufacturing industry and will involve handling billing and accounts receivable processes, engaging in telephone interactions, maintaining meticulous records, utilizing Excel skills for data analysis, and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:• Efficiently and accurately manage the billing and accounts receivable processes.• Regularly interact with customers and suppliers through phone calls to address inquiries and resolve issues.• Keep detailed records and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented.• Use advanced Excel skills, such as vlookups and charts, to analyze financial data and generate reports.• Work collaboratively with the accounting team to support various tasks and projects.• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
