This role involves managing various accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, overseeing payroll, conducting monthly closings, and executing financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage customer accounts, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Manage vendor accounts, ensuring timely payment of all invoices and reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Accurately process payroll in a timely manner, maintain payroll records and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions and preparation of journal entries as part of the monthly closing process.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
• Analyze financial data to provide valuable insights for business decisions.
• Ensure the effective operation of accounts receivable and payable, including managing and monitoring customer accounts and processing vendor invoices and payments.
