Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage customer accounts, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Manage vendor accounts, ensuring timely payment of all invoices and reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Accurately process payroll in a timely manner, maintain payroll records and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions and preparation of journal entries as part of the monthly closing process.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
• Analyze financial data to provide valuable insights for business decisions.
• Ensure the effective operation of accounts receivable and payable, including managing and monitoring customer accounts and processing vendor invoices and payments.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
