Responsibilities
- Handle receivables by receiving checks from tenants and recording deposits
- Manage payables by receiving mail and entering invoices
- Conduct check runs on a weekly basis
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks desktop for various accounting functions
- Post payments as part of your daily tasks
- Perform other billing functions as required
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions and records
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Proficiency in managing a range of accounting functions
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
- Knowledge in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Competence in posting payments accurately
- Experience in conducting check runs efficiently
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online
