Responsibilities:• Efficiently manage vendor invoices in our OPC system• Maintain and upload approved project estimates into the OPC system• Safeguard copies of all invoices from our Basware system to relevant project folders• Conduct reconciliation of vendor statements, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date• Liaise with the Accounts Payable department regarding invoice payments, ensuring all processes are followed diligently• Utilize Excel formulas to efficiently manage and organise worksheets related to accounts payable functions• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all customer credit applications• Maintain comprehensive customer credit records, ensuring all information is accurate and secure.
