As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be an important part of the team, managing all administrative and clerical needs of the AP/Finance Department, ensuring compliance with Company policies, and providing excellent customer service to internal business partners.Responsibilities:• Efficiently handling the administrative and clerical needs of the AP/Finance Department• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in daily processes and controls, adhering to Company policies• Delivering exceptional customer service to our internal business partners• Assisting in both internal and external audits as required• Managing daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing• Organizing, logging, photocopying, and filing invoices, checks, and other documents• Verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expedited special handling when necessary• Undertaking special projects as assigned by the management
