The selected candidate will manage Accounts Payable and bi-weekly payroll processing tasks within a non-profit, government sector. The role is based 100% on-site and the individual will be a part of a team that encourages growth and positive interactions.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage all aspects of Accounts Payable and bi-weekly payroll processing for 150 employees.• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.• Maintain precise customer credit records and monitor customer accounts to take necessary action.• Utilize the Paycor payroll system and MIP accounting software (knowledge of these specific systems is beneficial but not a requirement).• Execute various accounting functions in a timely and accurate manner.• Manage and resolve any customer inquiries related to accounts payable and payroll.• Employ accounting software systems to optimize data processing.• Conduct regular auditing to ensure all financial transactions are accurate.• Manage Account coding and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.• Utilize financial services skills, particularly with ADP and Concur, to enhance operational efficiency.
