Responsibilities:• Oversee the processing of invoices efficiently and accurately to ensure timely payments.• Handle corporate card transactions and expedite the process of employee expense reimbursements.• Assist in the preparation of monthly reinsurer settlement statements in line with contractual obligations.• Execute month-end close procedures encompassing posting entries, reconciling bank account activity, and managing prepaid expense accounts, accrivals, lease activity, fixed assets, and intercompany allocations.• Utilize various accounting software systems such as NetSuite and Expensify for effective account management.• Perform account coding and bank account reconciliation as per the established accounting functions.• Employ ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business management.• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.tempo
