In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting and financial tasks. Your main duties will include processing and recording transactions, managing invoices, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate.Responsibilities:• Oversee the process of three-way invoice matching to ensure accuracy• Utilize accounting software systems to process customer credit applications efficiently• Maintain and update accurate records of customer credit• Handle accounts payable functions, including auditing and accrual accounting• Utilize Concur and ADP for financial services• Implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to optimize accounting functions• Manage account coding and automated clearing house (ACH) activities• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary.
