This long-term contract role involves administrative tasks, invoice processing, expense monitoring, and record-keeping for tax purposes.Responsibilities:• Efficiently manage and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness• Provide administrative and clerical support as needed in the role• Maintain comprehensive records for tax purposes• Monitor company expenses and report discrepancies• Utilize skills in General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Sage 100 to perform duties• Ensure all bills are paid in a timely and efficient manner• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly• Process customer credit applications with precision• Keep track of customer credit records to ensure accuracy• Take appropriate action on monitoring customer accounts.
