Responsibilities
- Accurately processing account coding
- Utilizing accounting software systems to track and manage financial transactions
- Carrying out general accounting functions with a focus on accounts payable
- Applying accrual accounting principles in financial operations
- Conducting audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Managing Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
- Ensuring the correct implementation of the 3-way matching process
- Possession of 2 or more years of experience in the field of Accounts Payable or similar role is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Account Coding is required for the successful execution of tasks.
- Expertise in using Accounting Software Systems is expected.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions is imperative.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is important.
- Understanding and practice in Accrual Accounting is necessary.
- Experience in Auditing is a valuable asset for this role.
- Proficiency in Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is desired.
- Must be well-versed with 3 Way Matching in accounts payable.
