You will also be ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient processing of customer credit applications.Responsibilities• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.• Maintain and update customer credit records.• Monitor incoming payments and review payment applications when necessary.• Assist in the maintenance of Accounts Receivable records and files.• Participate in monthly closing activities.• Provide support to customers with payment processing, sales tax inquiries, and issue resolution.• Handle invoice discrepancies professionally.• Ensure adherence to ethical principles and company policies regarding the safeguarding of restricted and/or confidential information obtained as part of finance department activities.
