We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Hauppauge, New York. This role is primarily focused on the management and oversight of customer payments and accounts within our industry.Responsibilities:• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications• Establish and manage credit limits for customers• Maintain records of all transactions related to accounts receivable and customer interactions• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and rectify any discrepancies• Communicate effectively with clients regarding the payment status, resolve any billing disputes, and negotiate payment plans when necessary• Leverage skills in QuickBooks, Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, Credit Memo, Aging Reports, and Reconciliations to perform tasks effectively.
