Responsibilities You’ll Own:As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll wear many hats, making every day varied and exciting. Responsibilities include:Serving as a liaison between John Deere Technology Innovation Center (JDTIC) and supporting teams.Keeping the office running smoothly with tasks like restocking coffee/snacks, general cleanup (kitchen, conference rooms), and managing seating charts.Handling mail and packages, both incoming and outgoing, and ensuring timely deliveries.Coordinating event planning & logistics for key initiatives including: Deere Day, Research Park Career Fair & Block Party, JDTIC Tours, HackIllinois, AgTechSupporting employee onboarding for students by preparing desks, coordinating first-day correspondence, and providing tours.Overseeing badge maintenance and assisting with light IT troubleshooting.Planning summer engagement activities for student team members.Occasional errands using your personal vehicle (e.g., for office supplies or event coordination tasks, reimbursement provided).Position will progress to interview stage quickly - Connect with our Team today at (563) 359-7535!
