Assistant Controller

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Controller to join our team, located in TWINSBURG, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounting functions in a manufacturing industry setting. Key responsibilities:• Efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain and update customer credit records accurately• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions• Manage and oversee both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial compliance and accuracy• Handle billing functions and ensure transactions are recorded properly• Execute month-end close procedures and prepare relevant reports• Ensure adherence to GAAP Accounting and US GAAP regulations• Utilize various accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, Concur, Crystal Reports, and DCAA• Manage and oversee other accounting functions as needed.

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
