We are accepting applications for the role of Bookkeeper in the construction industry. The role involves comprehensive customer service, meticulous record-keeping, and effective communication within the team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities:• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency• Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records• Manage and resolve customer inquiries in a prompt and detail oriented manner• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary• Work closely with project managers and field personnel• Handle project-related administrative and accounting queries• Manage project documentation, including processing invoices, commitments, change orders, lien releases, insurance, and certified payroll/minority compliance tracking• Ensure meeting project accounting deadlines• Assist in the preparation of Owner pay applications, providing supporting documentation as required by the contract• Issue Subcontracts, Change Orders, and Purchase Orders as directed by Project Manager.
