Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to identify and qualify potential buyers across the country.
- Implement an effective outbound calling strategy, which includes making over 80 cold calls per day.
- Consistently follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline, striking a balance between acquiring new leads and nurturing existing ones.
- Work in a collaborative office environment on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, designed to boost your success.
- Accelerate connections using tools like Dialpad power dialer.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative role or similar.
- Expertise in business development strategies and techniques.
- Proven ability to generate quality leads and convert them into sales.
- Experience in cold calling to engage potential clients and foster business relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in managing and growing a sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in using the Salesforce platform for business operations.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a desirable attribute.
- Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage customer interactions effectively.
