You will be part of a dynamic environment where your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and processing customer credit applications and records.Responsibilities:• Oversee daily cash transactions including ACH, wire transfers, and checks, applied to customer accounts.• Swiftly identify and correct reconciliation discrepancies.• Perform daily reconciliation tasks for multiple bank deposits.• Maintain effective communication with the Credit Department to address any cash application issues.• Conduct monthly reconciliation in collaboration with the Treasury Manager.• Keep bank documents filed and organized effectively.• Supervise the processing of approved write-offs, offsets, and re-agings.• Perform additional tasks as directed by the management.
