The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional who is prepared to handle complex class action suits while maintaining the highest standards of legal ethics and professional integrity.Responsibilities:Prepare and draft legal documents such as legal briefs, motions, complaints, and appeals.Develop strategies and arguments for presentation of cases in court.Represent and argue on behalf of clients in court or before government agencies.Coordinate and lead a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other staff involved in class action lawsuits.Work with plaintiffs to gather evidence for class action suits.Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
