Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations of financial aspects including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory Management, ensuring all activities align with our policies and procedures.• Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis for regional manufacturing and construction activities. This includes tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.• Supervise and mentor the assistant controller and accounting team. This involves fostering detail-oriented development and ensuring effective performance management.• Implement and maintain internal controls. These measures are put in place to safeguard our company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and manage cash flow. This role also supports continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing and construction operations.• Handle accounting functions, utilizing skills in areas like JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A), and Month End Close.• Display leadership development and organizational leadership skills.• Manage WIP - Work In Progress, Cost Accounting, and Standard Cost Accounting, specifically within a manufacturing context.
