We are looking for a diligent and experienced Controller to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Controller, you will be responsible for managing the finance and accounting operations for multiple entities. You will be accountable for reconciling operating cash and personal investment accounts, ensuring accurate books and records and providing timely financial reports. Responsibilities• Oversee the reconciliation of bank, custody accounts, and lines of credit, ensuring they align with internal systems (QuickBooks).• Execute month-end and year-end close procedures, including account and bank reconciliations.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books and records for multiple entities.• Prepare and record general ledger entries and manage cash control and reporting for family and related entities.• Facilitate timely financial reporting and analysis, including internal and external monthly financial statements.• Manage banking activities, including multiple company, personal, and private banking.• Monitor and review monthly credit card expenses/statements and facilitate payments.• Prepare checks and submit wires as needed to meet investment/payment obligations.• Assist in the preparation of schedules and reports needed for tax return preparation.• Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones and greeting office visitors.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
