Responsibilities
- Managing and leading the close process every month for timely and accurate results
- Supervising bookkeeping functions while ensuring adherence to accounting principles and company policies
- Providing guidance to regional controllers and ensuring consistency across all locations
- Liaising with external auditors during audits to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
- Ensuring account reconciliations are completed timely and accurately
- Collaborating with the CFO on financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives
- Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
- Driving process improvements, system efficiencies, and financial best practices within the organization
- Utilizing accounting software systems and CRM for efficient management of accounting functions
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, and overseeing budget processes.
- Must have proficiency in 3M
- Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
- Experience with CRM is necessary
- Must have skills in Crystal Reports
- Knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions is crucial
- Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required
- Must have experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience in Auditing is a must
- Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential
