Are you a strategic financial leader ready to make an impact within the dynamic restaurant franchise industry? Our corporate accounting team is growing, and we have a Corporate Financial Controller opportunity. In this role you will oversee financial and operational performance, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and implement effective internal controls across a large-scale, multi-unit organization with over 1,200 locations.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Oversight : Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Strategic Planning : Lead budgeting, provide financial analysis, and support initiatives like cost improvement and risk assessment.
Operational Excellence : Manage fixed assets, sales tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Audit and Compliance : Coordinate financial audits and maintain accurate financial records.
Efficiency and Analysis : Recommend strategies for resource optimization and process improvements.
Team Leadership : Build and lead a collaborative, high-performing accounting team.
