A large manufacturer in Chattanooga is seeking a Cost Accountant for a divisional level role. The Cost Accountant will be instrumental in analyzing the monthly impact to shifting costs and how they affect the division. It will also analyze trends and manage forecasts. This is a high profile role with a large financial impact to the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting/Finance and 1 year of experience working in manufacturing. Experience with financial analysis and/or exposure to variance analysis are required. Excellent MS Excel skills and ERP exposure are required. Excellent communication skills are required due to senior leadership exposure.
