We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Rep III in Sacramento, California. This role involves providing support to customers through service inquiries and problems, and taking appropriate corrective action to initiate repair return or field servicing. You will be working independently under limited supervision in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, service problems and initiate corrective action as necessary
- Establish and update company guidelines on servicing and repairs
- Manage and maintain logs, records, and files on repairs
- Escalate complex issues as required for resolution
- Communicate with contacts typically on the same project to obtain or provide information
- Apply a basic understanding of all aspects of the job and their practical application to complex problems
- Use discretion within normal operating procedures to solve problems or improve effectiveness
- Work towards achieving day-to-day objectives that consist of non-routine activities and have significant impact on work output.
- Must possess strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Familiarity with general office functions is necessary.
- Experience in training and supervising staff is essential.
- Proficiency in using 'About Time' software is needed.
- Demonstrated leadership skills are a must.
- Ability to perform clerical duties efficiently.
- Must be able to answer customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Experience in maintaining logs and records is necessary.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-regulated procedures is required.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Ability to take corrective action in challenging situations.
- Experience in talent management is a plus.
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures is essential.
- Willingness for international travel as per business needs.
- Experience with credit approvals is desirable.
- Familiarity with NIS software is a requirement.
