Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Dispatch calls and schedule appointments as required
- Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
- Handle email correspondence and respond to customer queries swiftly
- Enter customer data and order details into our system accurately
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
- Ensure the smooth running of basic office operations
- Handle cash payments when necessary
- Coordinate with the office manager to ensure seamless operations.
- Ability to proficiently handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in data entry operations and order entry systems
- Familiarity with email correspondence and ability to respond professionally to customer queries via email
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word for creating reports, tracking customer interactions, and other administrative tasks
- Experience in scheduling appointments and managing customer bookings
- Knowledge of dispatching procedures, preferably in a customer service setting
- Possess basic office skills including filing, sorting, and managing paperwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet
- Willingness to work in a team and collaborate with other departments
- High level of patience and ability to handle difficult customer situations with ease
- Proven track record of reliability and consistency in previous roles.
