Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in the healthcare industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that empower decision-making across the organization. This position requires expertise in modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and data integration tools, with a focus on Azure, Snowflake, Matillion, DBT, and Tableau.Data Architecture & Design: Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and secure data pipelines and architectures on Azure and Snowflake.Data Integration & Transformation: Utilize Matillion and DBT to create robust ETL/ELT workflows for ingesting, transforming, and processing data from diverse sources.Data Governance & Quality: Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare industry regulations such as HIPAA.Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights.Visualization & Reporting: Enable business intelligence solutions through integration with Tableau and other visualization tools.Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows, queries, and storage solutions.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all data engineering processes, workflows, and best practices.
