We are on the lookout for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team based in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role revolves around providing technical assistance, including but not limited to, troubleshooting, setting up machines, and managing network connections. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop computing environment.• Set up and configure printers and network connections to ensure efficient operation.• Ensure smooth operation on both Mac and Windows Operating Systems.• Manage user setup, email access, rules, etc. on O365.• Maintain the ability to quickly switch tasks and adapt to changing priorities.• Work with Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies.• Handle computer hardware and Dell Technologies.• Manage Active Directory and Apple Devices.• Oversee backup technologies and configuration management.
