We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Technician in Jacksonville, Florida. The Desktop Support Technician will provide comprehensive technical assistance to our team, dealing with hardware issues, printer support, and general IT support.
Responsibilities:
Deliver technical assistance for the Windows operating system
Handle desktop related issues and provide appropriate solutions
Provide support for hardware-related concerns
Address and resolve printer-related problems
Perform general IT support tasks efficiently
Operate multi-line phone systems effectively
Assist with Avaya systems and phone operations
Maintain and troubleshoot phone system and phone voice issues
Requirements
Applicants must hold a minimum of one year of experience in a Desktop Support Technician role or similar.
Proficiency in using Avaya is a must.
Candidates should possess experience and knowledge in handling Multi-line Phone Systems.
Demonstrated ability in Phone Operations is required.
Familiarity with Phone System is a prerequisite for this role.
Applicants must have experience and proficiency in using Phone Voice.
