Duties
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Lead revenue management efforts to optimize income streams and enhance profitability.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders, presenting insights on performance metrics.
- Ensure effective cost control measures are in place to maintain operational efficiency.
- Overseeing the monthly closing process.
- Supervise finance staff and manage their performance to boost productivity and development.
Qualifications
