Director of Finance

Salary: $120000.00 to $130000.00 yearly

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate accounting, financial forecasting, and revenue management. This leadership role requires strategic planning capabilities and a deep understanding of risk management to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.

Duties

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Lead revenue management efforts to optimize income streams and enhance profitability.
• Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders, presenting insights on performance metrics.
• Ensure effective cost control measures are in place to maintain operational efficiency.
• Overseeing the monthly closing process.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role
• Strong knowledge of financial software systems and tools for analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage effectively.
• Excellent strategic planning abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in financial forecasting techniques and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of finance management.
