We are partnering with a rapidly growing company in the CPG food & beverage industry that is seeking a strategic and hands-on Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Director to lead its expanding online presence.This newly created role will be responsible for owning the ecommerce business—primarily focused on Amazon—while overseeing all aspects of digital marketing and managing product and content systems. It’s an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact in a high-visibility leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce (Primary Focus – Amazon)Own ecommerce P& L, sales strategy, and day-to-day operationsLead product assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and content optimizationManage transition to a new agency 3PL modelLaunch new products with complete item setup and asset coordinationMonitor KPIs and report on marketplace performance using Seller CentralServe as the main point of contact for external agenciesDigital MarketingOversee the strategic direction of company websites and digital assetsLead B2B digital marketing efforts via Mailchimp, Pepperi, and emerging toolsEstablish and report on digital KPIs to senior leadershipSupport brand migration under a broader corporate umbrellaTeam & Platform ManagementManage one direct report overseeing PIM/DAM systemsEnsure content and product data are accurate, organized, and accessibleCollaborate cross-functionally with finance, ops, QA, procurement, and marketing
