We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist in the non-profit sector, located in Sacaton, Arizona. As an Employee Relations Specialist, your role will revolve around managing employee relations and ensuring compliance within the organization.Responsibilities:• Conducting case management related to employee issues• Handling and resolving issues related to harassment and discrimination • Managing leave accommodations, including medical accommodations • Conducting thorough investigations on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)• Creating, maintaining, and tracking reports on disciplinary actions • Participating in termination procedures when required • Facilitating mediations when necessary • Handling employee inquiries and interpreting company policies• Utilizing HR systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce for respective tasks• Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other employee relation matters.
