As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, your main function will be to support the financial stewardship of the company's accounting operations, including monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable accounts, and preparing financial statements. This is a contract to permanent position that will start immediately! Apply today for consideration.Responsibilities:• Assist in the preparation of financial statements under the guidance of the Controller.• Efficiently process ach and credit card payments.• Perform collection calls to customers as needed.• Conduct Accounts Payable Reconciliations.• Handle a moderate volume of invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing.• Maintain minimal Accounts Receivable duties, requiring only a few hours a day.• Utilize Microsoft Excel to export reports and manage data.• Operate ERP systems, preferably an oracle product like Netsuite.• Take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
