We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Sarasota, Florida. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will be a vital part of our team, providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Mac Computers.Responsibilities:• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and applications problems• Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases• Conduct Android development tasks as required• Operate in a Citrix Technologies environment, diagnosing and resolving related issues• Handle Mac Computers related issues, providing optimal solutions for clients• Work with Cisco technologies, ensuring smooth operations• Utilize Microsoft and Active Directory skills to manage user accounts and troubleshoot problems• Offer desktop support, resolving hardware and software issues.
