We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Wilmington, Delaware. This role involves a broad range of tasks, including technical support for end users, administration and support of Office 365, and troubleshooting and configuration of hardware. Your role will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Administer and support Office 365, including user management and exchange management
- Troubleshoot and configure hardware such as printers and laptops
- Manage and troubleshoot technologies including Solarwinds, Kaseya RMM, and O365
- Support Windows 10 and 11, including basic to advanced troubleshooting
- Provide mobile device support, including iOS troubleshooting and hardware troubleshooting
- Manage Azure support, including files and VPN
- Participate in client-facing activities with detail-oriented approach
- Develop and implement sustainable and manageable solutions
- Contribute to the helpdesk team, working both independently and collaboratively
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal and detail-oriented growth and lifelong learning
- Execute and thrive in stressful situations.
- Proficiency in Android Development
- Extensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies
- Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
- Skilled in operating Mac Computers
- Expertise in Microsoft products and services
- Experience in managing Active Directory
- Ability to troubleshoot Apple Devices
- Understanding of Computer Hardware
- Experience in Configuration Management
- Knowledge in overseeing Deployments
