As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in providing HR policy guidance, overseeing onboarding activities for new personnel, and coordinating HR administrative tasks. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Guide employees through enterprise and divisional policies, providing HR policy guidance.• Manage onboarding activities for all new personnel, ensuring accurate information collection and entry into HR systems.• Support Day One Orientation and monitor candidate experience for alignment with culture and efficiency of activities.• Coordinate HR administrative tasks daily to ensure compliance and accurate data entry into HR systems.• Assist in coordinating candidate interviews, employee engagement initiatives, and facility-specific programs.• Collaborate with HR teams to design effective programs, processes, and policies to maintain standards across the facility/division.• Implement HR best practices to align with leadership and ensure high service standards.• Handle ad hoc requests and assist with special projects and other tasks or initiatives as needed.
