We are in search of a HR Business Partner for our client's team, located in Plattsburgh, New York. As an HR Business Partner, your role will encompass processing and handling various HR-related tasks, from recruitment to employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Responsibilities: • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including the review of resumes and conducting preliminary screenings• Handle new permanent onboarding procedures, such as conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed• Maintain and update employee records, with focus on personnel files and benefits information• Address and resolve employee inquiries and conflicts, providing necessary support and guidance• Facilitate HR initiatives and programs, including but not limited to employee engagement surveys, performance evaluations, and training and development activities• Coordinate offboarding processes for outgoing employees, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring all termination documentation is completed• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, handling enrollment, changes, and answering any arising inquiries• Stay informed on employment laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices and policies are compliant• Provide general administrative support, including office management tasks and organization of employee events.
