The HRIS Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the ADP Workforce Now platform, ensuring compliance, and overseeing various HR functions. This role plays a significant part in enhancing the efficiency of our HR operations and improving our employee relations.Responsibilities:• Oversee the management and optimization of the ADP Workforce Now platform• Ensure company-wide compliance with relevant laws and regulations• Manage and improve various benefit functions within the organization• Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency• Foster positive employee relations and address any related issues promptly• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer• Monitor and maintain accurate HR records• Address and resolve HR-related inquiries and issues effectively• Oversee the processing of HR-related applications• Take appropriate action based on monitoring of HR accounts.
