- Conduct thorough Background Checks as part of the pre-employment process
- Manage ADP - Financial Services related tasks effectively
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for HR management tasks
- Handle recruitment processes via Careerbuilder
- Employ CRM tools for effective stakeholder communication
- Oversee Benefit Functions related to employee management
- Ensure efficient use of 'About Time' software for time tracking
- Ensure seamless Communication within the team and with potential candidates
- Manage ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode related tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for HR financial processes
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now software
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Capability to utilize Careerbuilder for job postings and candidate sourcing
- Proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Ability to use About Time for efficient time management
- Experience in using Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes
- Knowledge in conducting Background Checks in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions for employee welfare
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members
