Responsibilities:
• Create and implement a talent acquisition strategy that ensures an exceptional experience for candidates.

• Develop strategies to provide both newly hired and tenured associates with a positive experience.
• Ensure all procedures are in compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
• Consistently execute tactical people operations and related processes with precision and excellence.

• Participate in strategic planning as an active member of the executive team.
• Lead the team in a fast-paced, quickly scaling, and ever changing environment.

• A minimum of seven years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the Wholesale Distribution - Non-Durable industry.• Proficiency in managing benefit functions, including understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Proven track record in handling employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Experience in overseeing hiring processes, including job posting, interview coordination, and selection.
• Expertise in talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, recruiting, and retention of employees.
• Experience in managing onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth transition into the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
