Global organization is growing their Human Resources Team and is looking to hire a Human Resources Information Systems Manager to proactively support multiple functions of the Human Resource Department. Must have technical and programing skills including SQL and expertise in HRIS systems. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office 2 days remote, salary target $110k-$130k plus benefits including: health, dental, vision, short and long term, 401k, unlimited PTO. Recruiter: Connie StathopoulosResponsibilities include up to and not limited to:System Administration: Overseeing the daily operation of the HRIS, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy and security of employee data within the system.Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports and analyzing HR data to support strategic decision-making.Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system functionality.User Support and Training: Providing support and training to HR staff and other system users.Compliance: Ensuring the HRIS complies with relevant laws and regulations, particularly regarding data privacy.Vendor Relations: Managing relationships with HRIS vendors, including negotiating contracts and overseeing system updates.Project Management: Leading projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other software.Troubleshooting: Addressing and resolving any issues or errors that arise within the system.Collaboration: Working closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the system meets organizational needs.
