We are seeking a skilled and reliable HR Generalist to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a 100% onsite role offering a contract-to-permanent opportunity with a competitive pay range of $33 - $40/hr, depending on experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance.Support recruitment efforts and coordinate interviews, job offers, and background checks.Administer benefits, leave requests, and employee programs.Assist with policy development and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
