In this role, you will co-create and build HR programs from the ground up, as well as continuously improve and enhance existing programs.
You’ll have the chance to collaborate with colleagues across the globe within and outside of HR to solve complex problems, deliver excellence, and shape the future of our HR Services offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, implementation, and operation of scalable HR programs, including compensation, benefits, workforce planning and HR operations.
- Manage and drive complex, multi-functional HR projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and regional requirements.
- Integrate seamlessly with cross-functional HR teams, acting as a problem solver and thought partner to support other functions like Finance, Legal and Marketing.
- Analyze and evaluate existing HR programs to identify opportunities for improvement. Define requirements and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and tools.
- Lead project scheduling, planning, and execution, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders.
