HR Information Systems Specialist – 3 Days Onsite in Peachtree City

We are looking for a dedicated HR Information Systems Specialist to join our team in Peachtree City (onsite 3 days a week). The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR information systems and a passion for continuous improvement and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
System Solutions & Improvements:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all HR Systems to ensure they meet organizational needs in terms of processes, workflows, and security.
- Build and manage data integrations between HR systems, ensuring timely and accurate data flow between platforms.
- Oversee the collection and consolidation of employee data, supporting initiatives related to employee development, recruitment, and HRIS.
- Assist in policy administration, updating HR systems, and producing key reports while maintaining comprehensive documentation on HR processes, data, and technology infrastructure.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure integrity and promote data quality improvements.
Support: Human Resources Functions & Employees:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support through a triage service desk for HRIS-related inquiries.
- Create, maintain, and deliver training materials (how-to guides) and conduct training sessions using LMS, SharePoint, and Digital Adoption Platforms.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports and respond to ad hoc data requests, creating visualizations such as graphs and charts.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the system is configured to meet business needs, building influential relationships.
- Provide general HR support across various functions as needed.

Required Education, Experience, and Training:
- 3 years of experience with HR information systems or similar information management technology.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree is preferred but not required. Project Management education is a plus.
- A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and the ability to travel (up to 10%) is required.
- Experience in a multi-unionized environment with complex Collective Bargaining Agreements is required (Canada/U.S. experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and generalist concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand, ADP Workforce Now, UKG (UltiPro & Kronos), Digital Adoption Platforms, or Tableau is a plus.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
