About the Role - Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 90 employees using Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all federal and state regulations. Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews, onboarding and offboarding processes, and attending job fairs as a company representative. Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and communication of plan details, serving as a key point of contact for staff inquiries. Collaborate with hiring managers to screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and role requirements. Report directly to the Controller, providing administrative HR support and handling various ad hoc tasks to streamline departmental operations.
