Robert Half Management Resources is seeking an experienced Interim Accounts Payable (AP) Manager who is proficient in managing the entire lifecycle of accounts payable activities. This is a 3 month contract position located in downtown Salt Lake City.Responsibilities:• Hands on management and coordination of the full cycle of accounts payable activities maintaining accuracy and timeliness in a high-volume environment• Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with vendors and suppliers.• Review, validate, and authorize all payable invoices for payment. • Adhere to 3-way matching of invoices to POs to receipt• Monitor AP department procedures and internal controls.• Carry out account reconciliations and deal with any AP discrepancies.• Handle vendor-related issues effectively.• Prepare and present accurate financial reports for management review.• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings are carried out promptly.• Support cash management initiatives and timely, accurate disbursements.• Support the recent implementation of Concur.
Salary : $45 - $55
