This 6-12-month contract role blends change management expertise with HR responsibilities, serving as the primary on-site HR contact. You will focus on aligning employee mindsets and behaviors with organizational values while managing resistance to change. Responsibilities:• Develop and execute strategies to shift employee behaviors and values using established change management frameworks.• Act as the primary HR contact, managing employee relations, training, and workforce alignment.• Partner with leadership and engage frontline employees to develop trust and foster collaboration.• Identify and address resistance, ensuring smooth cultural adoption through tailored communication and collaboration.• Use data and analytics to track and refine the cultural transformation process.• Deliver targeted training and communication initiatives to support employees in embracing the new culture.
