This is an Intermediate Level Investment Operations role for a Boston Shareholder Services team , focusing on late afternoon / evening processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining client databases, processing / auditing trades, handling NAV delay communications, managing client inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely trade settlements with custodians. Additional duties involve supporting process improvements, deploying operational changes, assisting with systems integration, adhering to risk escalation protocols, and acting as a backup for the team leader.
Qualification Highlights :
- Experience : 4-7 years in investment management operations, with transfer agency experience as a plus.
- Skills Needed : Strong knowledge of investment vehicles / processes, problem-solving, attention to detail, effective communication (written, verbal, and via phone), organizational execution, and collaborative teamwork.
- Background : A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics (or equivalent experience) is required.
