IP Paralegal

We are offering a part-time, contract employment opportunity for an IP Paralegal in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role is paramount within our team, focusing on the internal and external organization for patents. With a strong emphasis on the manufacturing and engineering industry, this position requires proficiency in docketing and international patent experience.Responsibilities: • Oversee the organization of internal and external patents• Handle docketing tasks efficiently • Utilize experience in international patent matters • Apply experience in manufacturing or engineering when required • Use Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) to facilitate tasks • Manage cases using dedicated software tools • Employ CompuLaw for various functions • Oversee billing functions and briefing tasks • Manage calendars and claim administration duties • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization • Work with foreign patent matters • Handle intellectual property - patent related tasks • Manage calendar - docket and utilize Docker for various tasks

Salary : $30 - $35
