Help Desk Support Technicians will be interested in this Robert Half opportunity! This position is best for someone with a can-do attitude who is looking to be part of a highly motivated team. This person will support and maintain computer systems, desktops, etc., in the corporate office and remotely for offices and employees working at home. This includes diagnosing, repairing, installing, maintaining and upgrading hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. Requirements
Education and/or Experience: Associates-degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. 1 year experience working in a 50 user Windows desktop/server environment required. CompTIA A Certification preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Server 2012, 2016 and Microsoft O365 Working knowledge of TeamViewer is a plus. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical employees. Ability to install, configure and maintain personal computers, networks, hardware, and software. Experience with WSUS, Active Directory, Antivirus software, various server OS required. Must have working knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques. Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions/operating problems.
