- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives to ensure compliance with industry audits and protect company assets.
- Guide software development efforts, ensuring systems align with business objectives.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments.
- Support and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience (5 years) in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
